What you see at the stand began in the soil weeks or months before it ever reached a table. Every tomato, bouquet, and transplant started as a small decision about how to care for the ground beneath it and how to serve our community.

We grow using organic practices because healthy soil produces stronger plants and better food. That means no synthetic fertilizers, no synthetic pesticides, and a steady focus on compost, rotation, and observation. We are not a certified organic operation, but we follow organic principles because that is how we believe food should be raised.

If something is in season, it’s likely on the stand. If the sun is up, we are probably open. And if you stop by, you are stepping into something that was grown with attention from the ground up.
